1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and nkok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online betting and casino services accessible at https://nkok.lat and through the official nkok mobile application.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of the offer, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict. The following general conditions apply to all nkok promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible, verified nkok account holders only. Unless otherwise specified, a bonus may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

You may request the closure of your nkok account at any time by contacting nkok support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to outstanding verification requirements or bonus wagering conditions will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Processing of closure-related withdrawals may take up to 5 business days.

Where an account is closed by nkok due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full if the breach involves fraud, prohibited conduct, or abuse of promotions. nkok will communicate the basis for any forfeiture decision to the affected user upon request.

13. Amendments to Terms

If you object to any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your nkok account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Principles
